As Curriculum Consultant, Dr. Cunningham oversees evaluation and development of the OUM curriculum and student assessment. An Obstetrician and Gynecologist, he was Chief of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the National Naval Medical Center (USA). Dr. Cunningham’s 30 years in medical education include serving as Assistant Professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USA), where he earned his MD degree, Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Howard University (Washington DC), Professor of Basic Sciences at the de Lara Medical School (Mexico), and Professor of Clinical Sciences at Xavier University (Aruba). Dr. Cunningham earned his PhD in Immunology at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC (USA). His postgraduate training includes a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the National Institute of Child Health and Development and an infectious disease fellowship at the Trudeau Institute (Saranac Lake, NY, USA). He has served as a volunteer with the International Medical Corps and the Las Vegas Homeless Task Force (USA).
