Dr. Okeke has spent the last twelve years teaching secondary, post-secondary, graduate, and medical students at institutions ranging from Selma City Schools in Selma, Alabama, to Concordia College Alabama, The University of Alabama at Birmingham, Rasmussen University, and OUM. Here she teaches clinical cases and problem-based learning in the Medical Sciences curriculum, USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 prep courses, and asynchronous mini cases in the systems-based modules.

Dr. Okeke also presents specialty presentations on medical student anxiety and test-taking anxiety and has written multiple articles for Diverse Issues in Higher Education, Black College Today, and the Journal of the Student National Medical Association. She earned her medical degree from American University of Antigua College of Medicine and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Walden University.

Dr. Okeke also will answer questions regarding the OUM curriculum and coursework.
