Australia : As OUM is an internationally accredited university, Australian students are not eligible to apply for Higher Education Contribution Scheme (HECS) assistance. US : As OUM is an internationally accredited university, US students are not currently eligible to apply for financial aid. Samoa : Tuition scholarships are available to Samoan citizens who meet all the entry requirements of the MD program. OUM scholarships are available only to Samoan students.
