Dr. May has been engaged with OUM since its early years, eventually mentoring and acting as Clinical Supervisor to two of the University's earliest graduates. Over the years, he became Dean for Australia and eventually Chancellor, a post he held for five years. Dr. May has a long career in Emergency Medicine management at Logan Hospital, The Prince Charles Hospital, Redland, and The Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. Involved in the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine, he has also chaired the Queensland ED Network and is committed to achieving high-quality and safe care delivery in emergency departments. Dr. May earned his medical degree from The University of Queensland School of Medicine.
