OUM students represent more than 45 birth countries and a range of professional backgrounds. The basic make-up of the student body has remained constant for 15 years.

Please complete all fields in the application.  It is designed to save your information, so that you may complete it in more than one sitting.  On the last page of the application, you will be asked to submit a fee of $250, with $100 to be credited toward your tuition fees upon enrollment.  In addition to your application and fee, the following elements are required in order to complete your application:
  • Certified or official academic college transcripts
  • Confirmation of English proficiency
  • Essay on why you want to become a physician
  • Three original or certified letters of recommendation (at least one from a physician)
  • Professional resume
