Congratulations to Dr. Manu Bains on his appointment as a Psychiatry Registrar with the Department of Health, Tasmania, Australia.
A proud 2023 graduate of Oceania University of Medicine (OUM), Dr. Bains” MD brought extensive healthcare experience to his already successful medical career, having previously completed qualifications in both nursing and podiatry. During medical school, he actively supported his peers as a Student Ambassador, mentoring prospective and first-year students as they navigated the early challenges of their medical journey.
Following graduation, Dr. Bains completed his Internship and Resident Medical Officer (RMO) training at Launceston General Hospital, Tasmania, before progressing into his current psychiatry role.
