Kudos to Thelma Boshoff, MD who became an OUM alumnus and member of the Class of 2023 at the OUM Graduation Ceremony held during the Student Conference in Brisbane on Saturday, 27 May.
In addition, Dr. Boshoff won the 2nd Annual SGIN Student Research Prize sponsored by the St. George Institute of Neurosciences (SGIN) in New South Wales, directed by Dr. Ali Ghahreman, OUM Associate Professor and Clinical Coordinator for NSW. Her presentation, “Quantitative Study: Pain and Function After Total Joint Arthroplasty on Discharge,” earned Dr. Boshoff the $1,000 prize provided by SGIN.
