Oceania University of Medicine had six students and graduates match in the National Resident Matching Program’s 2026 Match Day last month. Congratulations to these North American first-year residents — see their post-graduate training programs and locations below.
Held annually each March, Match Day is the day when medical students find out where they will complete their residency training in the US or Canada after graduating from medical school. The National Resident Matching Program uses an algorithm to match students’ ranked preferences with hospitals’ ranked applicants.
These outstanding individuals are a tremendous source of pride for the University.
